Fezzan Dental Sendcat is a professional organization established in accordance with the Libyan law of syndicates, unions, & professional associations (Law No. 23 of 2007). This Sendcat includes practitioners of the dentistry profession in the geographical scope of the Fezzan region & operates on several key axes:
Professional development
The Sendcat aims to enhance the scientific & professional level of its members through organizing training programs & courses. It also seeks to participate in activities of the World Dental Federation & enhance cooperation with dental syndicates & associations in Libya & the Arab world.
Legal & professional awareness
The Sendcat is concerned with informing dentists about their rights & duties according to local laws & regulations. This helps improve the practice of the profession & protects the members.
Promoting cooperation & fraternity
The Sendcat works on promoting a spirit of cooperation & brotherhood among its members & organizing their relationships with each other. This creates a cohesive & supportive professional environment.
Interaction with the state & institutions
The Sendcat organizes members' relationships with government agencies & other institutions, advocates for their rights, & enables them to effectively perform their duties.
Participation in international events
The Sendcat participates in scientific, cultural, & social conferences & events at both the Arab & international levels. It also collaborates with international organizations & bodies to exchange information & expertise.
Contributing to public health
The Sendcat oversees the observance of global health days, especially those related to dentistry, within the Fezzan region & the country as a whole.
